📦 HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries!

You can request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever the service is available. If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, our team will guide you through returning the product using a reliable courier service.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that products be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags intact.

Return Charges: A flat return handling fee of ₹35 applies to each return request, regardless of the number of products being returned. This amount will be deducted from your eligible refund.

Original shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

It's super simple! Just visit the Returns section on our website, enter your order details, select the products you wish to return or exchange, and submit your request.

Once your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

Exchange charges apply per order, and all exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not available for boxers, socks, and face masks, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

💳 REFUND & RETURN PROCESS

Returning something? We'll keep it simple.

Once your return request is approved, we'll generally arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.

After pickup, your product typically takes 7–10 days to reach our warehouse, where it undergoes a routine quality check.

Once the product passes the quality check, your eligible refund will be initiated within 72 hours.

Prepaid Orders: You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or ALCIS store credit.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Your refund will be issued as ALCIS store credit, which you can use toward your next purchase.

A flat ₹35 return handling fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount for regular returns.

For prepaid refunds to the original payment method, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🎁 REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Love a good deal? So do we!

Products purchased under BUY TWO GET ONE or similar free-product promotional offers are treated as combo purchases and are not eligible for individual returns.

If you wish to return a promotional combo, all products included in the offer, including the free item, must be returned together.

Once the products pass our quality check, the eligible refund will be processed after deducting the applicable ₹35 return handling fee and any non-refundable charges.

For prepaid orders, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or ALCIS store credit. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as ALCIS store credit.

🛠️ RECEIVED SOMETHING WRONG?

Received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product? Don't worry, we're here to help!

Simply reach out to us at info@alcissports.com, and our team will assist you with an appropriate resolution.

The ₹35 return or exchange handling fee will not apply to verified incorrect, damaged, or defective products delivered by ALCIS.

Such cases will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including any applicable refund rights.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changed your mind? We're happy to help!

You can request an order cancellation before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Simply email us at info@alcissports.com or online@alcissports.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Our team will review and process your request on the next working day.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. However, you can still contact our team, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Any applicable shipping deductions or refunds will be handled in accordance with our policy and applicable law.
